《子宫内膜癌基因甲基化筛查技术临床应用专家共识(2026版)》由多家学会牵头、多学科专家经多轮共识会议制订,针对我国子宫内膜癌发病率上升、防控形势严峻的背景,围绕已获国家药品监督管理局批准的基因甲基化检测技术,阐述其用于有症状、风险增加及高风险三类人群的筛查流程、风险评估与管理策略并给出推荐意见,旨在规范临床应用、提高早发现早诊断早治疗水平。

ESGO 2026年立场声明推荐以HPV DNA检测替代细胞学作为宫颈癌初筛手段,以提供更强保护;倡导性别中立HPV疫苗接种加速群体免疫,尤其在覆盖率未达WHO目标时;建议HPV分型结合年龄与筛查史进行个体化风险评估,并认为甲基化检测有望在全分子化筛查模式中显著减少不必要的阴道镜转诊。
